S96v2 on Toyota Yaris Cross don't arm the door only start arm the alarm
I have S96V2 soft ver. 2.42.2 firmware Master on Yaris Cross Hybrid (no push button) and from some time without any intervention suddenly the smartphone as a tag but also from the app command the Arm command don't lock also the door mechanism and not lift up the windows.
The Disarm command make the sound of the mechanism of the door to unlock them.
All these options were working in the past. First time I have this issue after Service inspection and I update the software of the alarm(the same version) and the function start working again.
But now I don't do nothing and I have this issue again and before to do the same steps I want to ask you if I can avoid or I can solve this maybe faster.

а также перестал выполнять команду Arm из приложения, не блокирует дверной механизм и не поднимает стёкла.
Команда «Снять с охраны» воспроизводит звук механизма, открывающего дверь.
то без доступа к автомобилю решить эти проблемы будет непросто. Самое правильное - показать машину тем, кто производил установку сигнализации в неё.
На будущее - есть хорошая Русская поговорка "от добра добра не ищут".
Если в сигнализации всё работает и работает стабильно - не надо лезть в её настройки и тем более - затевать обновления ПО...

Let's put aside arming/disarming via smartphone for a moment.
Why does it no longer work via the internet (not near the car, with Bluetooth off) when arming the alarm? The system works fine for controlling the door opening mechanism and for rolling up the windows. All other alarm system functionalities are working well (remote start, service mode, etc.).
My issue isn't the phone; it worked before on both iOS and Android devices, and I haven't had any major updates on them. I think something happened with the StarLine's initial CAN reading functionality. It feels like a factory reset; before installing the car alarm, the windows wouldn't roll up automatically.
The craziest thing is that the doors aren't locking, and this is a critical security issue.
But it is good that on disarm, the door mechanism is working well :)
Thanks for any advice on how to continue without connect and resoft the Starline device.
