This is what happens sometimes. 
Depends on the vehicle configuration.
The software from the Ultrastar website was created for cars manufactured for Russia.
 The issue can be solved by directly connecting one of the channels of the security system
to the door limit switch circuit. 
The channel will need to be configured so that it generates a pulse at the end of autorun. 
Be sure to set the channel settings to disable the control of the door zone for the duration
 of the channel and another 1-2 seconds after the impulse. 
This is necessary due to the fact that information is present in the CAN bus with some delay 
in relation to the physical manifestation.
