carried out installation . Can pick ups from behind the clocks as described.
Setup as normal with steering wheel oe buttons.
allowed vehicle to arm up.
Would not disarm through the buttons .
Vehicle diagnostics showed blocked
introduced tag Vehicle then started then 2seconds later stalled . Drivers door was open first time .
Attempted to restart with door shut & the same above happened.
on the diagnostics it was showing disarmed
After 3rd attempt vehicle completely locked out .
Had to remove kit & have dealer diagnostics to come & reset the vehicle for us to get vehicle running again .

instrument cluster lost signal -( this is where i had unplugged the instrument panel to gain access for doing can A.
approx 8 abs faults
pcm powertrain 1 fault
invalid skim key
vim unit failure handshake to ecu

Did you try to start the engine using emergency slop for a key? Does it start?
Did you try to connect i96 again after DTC erasing?
Hi , Sorry dont know what emergency slop for a key is? We did not try the i96 again as we had to have someone out to clear the error codes & the diagnostics were not readily available to us for the 2019 spec vehicle .
We had to bypass the security gateway to gain access with Autel using the Chrysler 12+8 adaptor lead . This allowed us to remove the abs fault codes & others . The only one fault we could not clear was the ( Lockout mode ) skim handshake failure with vim .
We managed to get some information on how to manually reset this procedure cycling the ignition over a period of 6mins.
More then happy to send this to technical for future reference or help to any Starline collegues .
