VW ID3 / CUPRA BORN auto hold error even with Tags in the car. As soon as the tag taken away it will disable drive through the auto hold feature and upon a ignition cycle it will go away. You have to turn vehicle off and on again to clear error. STARLINE S9V2

Hello. Please contact to your StarLine installer for daignostics.
My Starline installer told me that's just the way the system works. As soon as the tag is taken away it will disable drive through the auto hold feature and upon a ignition cycle it will then go away, and until there is any software updates it cannot be
changed. With the error the cruise control doesn't work and auto hold feature is disabled so I have to keep turning the vehicle off and on again when I get in.
I own a CUPRA BORN based on the VW ID3 MEB platform, I can see the software is in the Alpha and is test version https://can.starline.ru/0/41/9475#functions I was just wondering if there was anyone out there knew how often updates are looked at or if Starline know about the issue.
Hello. Where did you install StarLine system? When did you contact to your installer last time?
I live in the UK, The system was installed the end of February 2023 and I contacted the Installer a month ago.
Give me your installer company adress and compane name.
