Problems during windows closing

Hello,

Since I first installed the Starline S96, as seen on the CAN details on Skoda Octavia III 2017  (detailed as small clugging ); the windows are closing randomly, they never do the same thing. Even sometimes some windows are closing and some are left open. I'm still waiting for some upgrades on this situation for the last 6 months, what can be done about this ?

Hello, the actual work was done on Tornado (local dealer for Romania) , they disable it for now , since It was a small risk to damage the windows actuator.

They said I should wait for an CAN update to fix this but took already 9 months.
