What is the best configuration file for a BMW M2 Competition? F22? Is there any program that I can use to connect CANB to PT-CAN maybe M4?

Hello. We did not make any tests on M2. We can not guarantee you succes using firmware for a different car.

I contacted you because you are the makers of the alarm so you have all the information needed. I contacted the spanish distributor but they referred me to a sales representative, the representative gave me an answer , to use BMW F22, but he didn´t reply to some questions, why F30 and F80 have different programs, if 3 Series and M3 have different programs , 2 Series and M2 should have different programas too. He referred me to the installer, I spoke to the installer yesterday but he didn´t install any BMW.

Hello.

We have all our CAN firmware at https://can.starline.ru/0/5

We do not have any other files. If you can't find some cars on this site - it means we did not ever work with this car. Did not read its CAN-bus protocols and did not make any tests. We can't guarantee proper work of our system on this car.

The same body does not mean fully same CAN protocol. BMW2 and BMW M2 most likely have the same body statuses like doors, hood, trunk etc. But it may have absolutely different engine control units and protocols for the obvious reason.  StarLine CAN firmware always have both status and control options (like engine, transmission blocking or data immo bypass) . It is impossible to announce both read and control features without comprehensive testing of model. Just guess statuses. All that they may suggest you is to try, but with no guarantee. Some options may be not available.
