Starline app not connected to the car

I've A97 and it has been working for months now without any issues, but suddenly the app lost its connection with the car but sms and voice commands are working properly.

I tried to obtain the requested data from tele2 but they said they can't provide for individuals.
But, I've a SIM card in my mobile from tele2 also, so I got some data about the APN, maybe that would work:

Regarding username and password, I'm not sure if tou mean my app username and password or that is also something that shall be provided by tele2?

Hello. In this case you should contact to your StarLine installer for diagnostics. May need another sim card for a test.
